2020 Equal Access to Justice Dinner to Move to Online Experience

Join us digitally on April 2nd at 6pm through our Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages. Information to follow!

Over the last few weeks, we have been closely monitoring the evolving situation with the COVID-19 outbreak to ensure we are taking every precaution to look after our community. After careful consideration and out of an abundance of caution we have moved the Equal Access to Justice Dinner on April 2, 2020 from an in-person celebration into the digital world and create an online experience.

These are extraordinary circumstances, and the health and safety of our staff, supporters, attendees and the general public is of the utmost concern. In our role as good stewards and good citizens, Legal Services of the Hudson Valley is committed to doing all we can to ensure the safety of the public at large as well as those we serve.

This decision was not made lightly, and we regret this missed opportunity to connect with you in person. We still want to offer an opportunity to acknowledge and recognize our three deserving honorees, Alfred E. Donnellan, Esq. LSHV’s outgoing Board President and Managing Partner DelBello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP, Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP and the PepsiCo Law Department. While nothing can take the place of in-person interactions, we hope that you will take part in our online experience.

If you have purchased a sponsorship or table for the event you will receive an additional email. We hope that you will consider donating your sponsorship this year and support our Fund-A-Need during the digital event!

We are grateful to all of you — honorees, sponsors, event committee members, and partners — who support our work and who had planned to attend and celebrate with us. We are thinking of you during these unprecedented times. We hope each of you, your families, and your colleagues are safe and well. Thank you for your support and understanding.

With heartfelt thanks for all you do to help us create equal access to justice for everyone.

Stay safe and healthy!
